BrightPoint provides general notarizations, acknowledgments, jurats,
business-document notarization, and identity verification for eligible documents.
We provide notarization for eligible personal and business documents when a verified signature or sworn statement is required.
The document or requesting organization should identify the required notarial act. BrightPoint will complete the appropriate notarization once it has been confirmed.
We can notarize eligible business documents, authorizations, affidavits, and other records presented by the signer.
Every signer must appear in person and provide acceptable, current identification before the notarization can be completed.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
A little preparation helps us complete your notarization smoothly. Please review the document before arriving, but do not leave any required sections incomplete.
Send us a photo of the notarial instructions before your appointment—not private or sensitive pages—so we can help confirm what you should bring.
The complete document that needs to be notarized
A current, acceptable government-issued photo ID
Any instructions provided by the person or organization requesting the document
Payment for the notary service
Any additional signers who are named in the document
For a jurat, the document must be signed in the notary’s presence. For an acknowledgment, a signature may already appear on the document, but the signer must personally appear and acknowledge that the signature is theirs. BrightPoint cannot choose the type of notarization for you; the document or requesting organization should provide that instruction.
Some documents require witnesses, but many do not. Check the document instructions or ask the organization receiving it before your appointment. When witnesses are required, arrange for them to attend with you and bring valid photo identification.
Tell us what type of document you have, and we’ll help you confirm what to bring before your appointment.
BrightPoint provides notary services but does not offer legal advice or
determine whether a document is legally sufficient.
